Buildability Doctrine

1. Weld access is designed in, not discovered during fit-up.
2. Plate development nests efficiently — yield is a design decision, not an afterthought.
3. Frame spacing respects the realities of fit-up, not just the structural minimum.
4. Transitions are drawn to be rolled, not just modeled.
5. Details are resolved before they become RFIs.
